My current workout plan.

WORK OUT

day 1. Saturday August 8  (**ARMS/UPPERBODY**)

{STRETCH}

five sets of ten pushups w/ perfect pushup and then straight to laying down flies **15 lbs

five sets of ten benchpresses at 25 pounds

five sets of twenty curls < ten each arm > **20 lbs**

five sets of ten weight shrugs **20 lbs**

{STRETCH}

«drink water.. protein drink right after.. food 20 min lata»

******and then get a bitchin tan for 30 min. =P******* or.. jacuzzi… you feel good enough.

day 2. Sunday August 9 (**ABS/LOWERBODY**)

{STRETCH}

one set of one hundred jackknives with +wii fitness+

5 sets of 20 sit ups

bicycle for a minute

—-3 min break—

5 sets of 20 sit ups

bicycle for a minute

100 jump rope

50 right foot

50 left foot

100 more

bike ride (hard 10 minutes)

ten sets of ten leg lifts
