five sets of ten benchpresses at 25 pounds
five sets of twenty curls < ten each arm > **20 lbs**
five sets of ten weight shrugs **20 lbs**

«drink water.. protein drink right after.. food 20 min lata»
******and then get a bitchin tan for 30 min. =P******* or.. jacuzzi… you feel good enough.

5 sets of 20 sit ups
bicycle for a minute

50 right foot
50 left foot
